The Heidts IRS rear end is shipped in pieces and must be assembled. |

The first step is to install the axle seals and studs to bolt in the stub axles. |

After that the third member can be installed, and then the stub axles. |

The front pinion plate is installed onto the pinion assembly using the bolt that holds the pinion assembly to the third member. |

Next we begin to install the control arms. |

Here the brake rotors and half shafts have been installed.

Next are the outer uprights, and bearings which the half shaft will ride in. |

The last thing to be installed onto the new rear end is the top crossmember, which will provide a mounting point to the frame. |
