Paint JobA portion of the body work was already done at home by the owner, but there were still some things that needed attention once the car arrived at Hot Rod Express. |

Besides some additional body smoothing, the doors and other components had to be aligned and gaps adjusted. |

Once everything was in proper alignment, the car was ready for two coats of primer. Being on a 360 degree rotating frame jig gave access to all parts of the car. |

Then the same process can be repeated for the doors, hood, trunk lid, ect. |
 |
After the primer coatings, all the parts are ready for paint. |
 |

Now that the paint job is complete, this bird will fly back home were it will be receiving a Triton V 10 under the hood, and get some more assembly done. |

The next time we see this car it will be back at Hot Rod Express for an interior slick enough to fit this great silver paint job. |
