Tear down

The entire truck was stripped so we could begin finding and removing any rust. All parts were removed, and either refurbished, repaired or replaced. Attention to how the truck came apart was essential to putting it back together as close to original as we can.

Rust Repair

Once we find the areas affected by rust, we cut out any damaged metal,and replace them with new metal patch panels, or by fabricating new metal.

We then replaced the entire doors on both sides.

Paint Prep

The fenders, hood, and bed were stripped down to bare metal,
then smoothed and prepped for paint.
